Full Description:
A pleasant family villa situated on the edge of this popular village just 10 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. Overlooking a vineyard edged by woodland this property is within a few minutes walk of the village centre with its shops, bar, post office and schools. *Outside
Approached via a large sliding gate that opens onto a driveway in front of the integrated single garage. A path leads all the way around the house, in an anticlockwise direction: west-facing seating terrace with doors into the dining room and views onto the fields set in front of the house; swimming pool measuring 7.5m x 3m with corner steps and paved terrace surround; paved terrace in front of two sets of double doors leading into the lounge; grass and planted area leading around to the rear of the house where the pool equipment is found along with a wood storage area; path and grass border leads back around the northern aspect of the house, currently used as a place to dry laundry, and back to the driveway at the front.

Just 15 minutes from the Mediterranean, 15 minutes to Perpignan and 15 minutes to the Spanish border – the airport at Perpignan is around 25 minutes while Girona Airport is just under 1 hour.
