Full Description:
Lovely, large and airy villa commanding wide-reaching views over the countryside and situated just above the charming village of Montner. The property was originally built for a French diplomat who commissioned a reputed architect to design a practical and well laid-out home in the south of France; the current owners bought it before the finishing touches had been done and managed to top the original intentions. There are quality materials throughout including a much well-selected granite and marble in the lounge, kitchen and bathrooms.

The house features a water softener, electric window blinds and reversible air conditioning units.

Outside there is a triple garage (80m2 footprint) with integrated workshop and room to house all the pool machinery (auto-everything). Above the garage is a large self-contained space that would lend itself well to being used as accommodation or office space. The garage is approached via a gravel driveway that sweeps around the house from a gated entrance from the street below. To the side of the house is an wide flat area currently used as a Boules court.
