The property also benefits from centrally operated electric shutters allowing ‘one-click’ opening and closing of the entire house in addition to a full security alarm system.

To summarise, this is an excellent family home offering very flexible accommodation. The property has been built with care and using quality materials; in every instance the builder was instructed to opt for the higher level of finish. It would be easy and relatively inexpensive to add a further ensuite double bedroom and a conservatory thus further increasing the amount of accommodation however unless you really need more space there’s nothing to do – a turnkey property in a great location.
